Taking the Dive.

Today the first piece of paper left our hands...the LOI. For those unfamiliar with the adoption world, this is a letter stating you intend to adopt a particular child. In our case it is Hong Yuan Jing. The next hurdle and the first of our waiting is the PA...this is a form sent from China allowing us to proceed with the adoption.
