THE REASON WE ARE HERE-SHANNON!!!!

Well trying to play catch up on the blog, we get to the most important day of the journey. We had a 730 flight from Beijing and arrived about 2 hours later in Nanchang. Immediately we went to the Civil Affairs office to meet Hong Yuan Jing, our Shannon. Yuan Jing came to us slowly but not to frightened, and no tears. She was a little taller then I imagined her to be but looked quite healthy. Yuan Jing has the photo album we had sent her and named off all of our family members so it was obvious she had been prepared for us and had used the photo album many times by the condition it was in. Once we left she has had no problems, never cried or anything....they said she is quiet, but I haven't seen that side of her yet. Yuan Jing is talking well for 2 and is quite the chatterbox.
