China's Childrens Day

Today we went without a guide and of course it rained on our parade. We had taken a taxi down to the pedistrian mall to walk around and as soon as we got their the rain started pouring down. So much for that idea. We ended up spending most of the remainder of the day in the hotel.
Yuan Jing continues to amaze us. We have been given such a great little girl who is full of energy and laughs. She has such a great personality and just goes with the flow. The most I have seen her cry was tonight at dinner when I took her bowl of ice cream to soften it a little. Yes, this child loves her food and will fit in well with her siblings with her love of ice cream.
